Pre-Requisites For Installation

After the app is installed, launch SME pro features into the main app

Launching SME Features on the main Sync Made Easy App
Steps to Active the lightning page (SME Features)
1. Login to the Salesforce Account.
2. Go to Setup and Search “Lightning App Builder” in the Quick Find box.
3. Now Search for “SME Features” and Click on View.
4. Click on “Activation” on the top corner of the right side.
4.1. Click on “Save”.
5. Now you can see the Message: ”Activation settings changed” on the top corner of the right side as below.
Steps to add the lightning page (SME Features) on the Main app layout
1. Login to the Salesforce Account.
2. Go to Setup and Search “App Manager” in the Quick Find box.
3. Click “App Manager” and Search for App Name: “HIC Sync made easy”.
4. Now Click on Menu on the right side of App Name: “HIC Sync made easy” and Click on “Edit” as below.
5. Go to “Navigation Items” under the “App Settings” option and Click on it.
6. Now Search for “SME Features” options in the “Available Items” of Navigation Items as below.
7. Now Click on “SME Features” and Then Click on “Add” to send it to the “Selected Items” options (right side) as below.
8. Now Click on “Save” as below.
9. Now Go to “App Launcher” (9 Dots) and Search for App:” HIC Sync Made Easy” and “Click” on it as below.
10. Now Click on “SME Features” tab and you can see the lightning page (SME Features) on the Main app (Sync Made Easy) layout as below.
Note: All the SME features are marked inactive by default. Please make the status button active to utilize these functionalities.

UTM Parameters Sync – Fetch UTM Information from the Shopify Google Analytics Store into Salesforce
Product Images Sync – Sync Product images from Shopify to Salesforce for an enhanced product listing
Salesforce to Shopify Sync – Send newly created Salesforce accounts, contacts, opportunities, orders, products/variants, or updated products/variants to Shopify via the Send to Shopify button. The toggle button enables the user with a popup guide that helps to navigate documents explaining to add the “Send to Shopify” button.
Shopify Refunds Sync – Sync Shopify refunds to Salesforce for clear order history and transaction details
Shopify ShipLines Sync – Sync Shopify Shipping lines to Salesforce for effortless order management
Shopify TaxLines Sync – Capture intricate order details, including Shopify tax Lines in Salesforce
Initiate Batch Sync – By enabling the Initiate Batch Sync a modal will appear on the user’s screen where they can select the date from when they want to fetch the data, and later upsert it into Salesforce from Shopify.
Prevent Duplicate Basis on Account – This features enable users to prevent duplicates based on Account names, where historical records will be shown.
Prevent Duplicate Basis on Email – Users can now prevent duplicates based on email. If the customer already exists in Salesforce, the data will be updated from Shopify based on the email.
Checkouts Sync – Users can enable this feature to synchronize the checkout, the record of the abandoned checkout will also be created in the Checkout object in your Salesforce.
