When an order is created in Shopify with a shipping amount, Salesforce automatically generates a corresponding shipping line in the order record, keeping your data accurate and organized. Stay tuned as we break down the step-by-step process to enable and use this feature seamlessly! Let’s get started
Step 1:Log in to Salesforce and navigate to “SME Settings“.
Step 2:Click on “SME Feature“.
Step 3:Enable the “Shopify Shipping Lines Sync” feature toggle button to activate it.
Step 4:Go to the Shopify store and create a new order with shipping.
Step 5:Add a shipping amount by clicking on Add Shipping or Delivery, then click Apply.
Step 6:Once the shipping amount is added, click on Collect Payment and then click Mark as Paid to finalize the order.
Step 7:Click on Create Order to complete the process in Shopify.
Step 8:Copy the “Shopify ID” of the order.
Step 9: In Salesforce, search for the order using the “Shopify ID“, and confirm that the order has been synced.
