Limited Access Email Alert
When an Admin creates a new user with a Salesforce license, but no spare PRO licenses are available, we send an email to inform the user of the limited functionality.
Subject: New User Added – Ensure Compliance with Sync Made Easy License Requirements
Email Reminder After 3 Days of Active Use
If the new user remains active and a PRO license is not purchased within 3 days, a reminder email is sent.
Subject: Reminder: Update Your Sync Made Easy License for New User
Final Reminder for PRO License After 7 Days of Inactivity
After 7 days, if the user is still active and a PRO license has not been acquired, an urgent email is sent.
Subject: Urgent: Upgrade Your Sync Made Easy License for New User
Final Notice: License Expiration in 15 Days
If after 15 days a PRO license is still not available, Sync Made Easy Pro will stop working. A final email
will be sent with the following subject line.
