Why is the first sync taking a longer time than expected, and how can I speed up the process?

When you initiate a sync from the last page of the configuration, it fetches all history records using the REST API. The time taken depends on the number of records. However, real-time sync is much quicker as it only syncs newly updated records within a minute.
