In this guide, we will walk you through how to fulfill paid orders from Salesforce and sync the fulfillment details back to Shopify. This feature ensures order updates are automatically reflected in Shopify, keeping your data accurate.
Follow the steps below to enable and use this feature easily:
Step 1: Log in to Salesforce & in App Launcher search "HIC Sync made easy". Click on it.

Step 2: Go to "SME Pro Features".

Step 3: Enable the “Order Fulfillment Sync (Salesforce → Shopify)” feature toggle button.

Step 4: Now, from your Shopify store, click on “Create order” and create a new paid “Order”.

Step 6 - Create an order and mark it as paid in Shopify.

Step 7 - Click on “Create Order”.

Step 8 - Copy the “Shopify ID” from the above URL and search it in Salesforce.

Step 9 - Click on the order.

Step 10 - Click on the “Fulfill order” button.

Step 11 - After clicking on the Fulfill order button, go back to Shopify and check if the order is fulfilled.
